This acquisition is part of the ALSO’s successful growth strategy in the region.
In the course of transaction, advising Pin Computers, Mr. Tomislav Šunjka was the case manager and in charge of negotiation, Mr. Velibor Repaja was dealing with corporate issues, as well as Ms. Jelena Bajin, who, in addition with corporate, dealt with IT, IP and Data Protection issues, and Mr. Ivan Štrbac was in charge of employment issues.
