Anti-corruption, fraudulent business practices, asset tracing and recovery represent one of the major areas of the Law office of Tomislav Šunjka. Mr.Šunjka emphasizes the need for every business transaction to include classical due diligence followed by anti-corruption due diligence, positive German experiences which can be applied in Serbia, basic program which should every investor have concerning anti-corruption etc.
