IBA Report: ‘Structured Settlements for Corruption Offences: Towards Global Standards?’

ŠunjkaLaw team is very pleased to be a part of a two-year project, IBA Report: ‘Structured Settlements for Corruption Offences: Towards Global Standards?’, with contributions for Serbia, Macedonia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro and Slovenia.

The objective of this project was to map the evolving settlement practices for corruption cases of countries across the globe. The project hopes to add to the growing discussion on whether, and to what extent, there is a need for global standards.

It has also been accepted as material to be considered by the members of the OECD Working Group on Bribery (WGB) at their upcoming 2018 Consultation.
