This update covers a wide array of topics and includes articles on the proposed reforms of UK corporate criminal liability laws, Ukraine’s experience of anti-corruption enforcement and reports from the 2016 Annual Conference in Washington D.C last October, including the report of Mr.Tomislav Šunjka on the joint session of the Securities Law Committee and the Anti-Corruption Committee.
