At the Global Investigations Forum 2018: Serbia, which was organized by ŠunjkaLaw and The Legal 500 (Legalease) at Falkensteiner Hotel Belgrade, we talked about the decision to conduct an internal investigation, the investigation process, legal remedies and self – reporting and many other topics.
The participants were given two different scenarios in order to try to conduct an internal investigation in practice – taking out valuable information and tools for future actions.
