6th IBA European Corporate and Private M&A Conference will be held on the 1st and 2n of February in Paris France.
Mr.Tomislav Šunjka will be attending the conference before ŠunjkaLaw, with special emphasis on fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, wilful deceit and dishonest concealment in European M&A deals and internal investigations and M&A, among other topics.
